Edgg ("Edgg," "we," "us," or "our") helps coaches, creators, and freelancers sharpen how they position their offers. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using edgg.app or submitting your information through our tool, ads, or forms, you agree to this policy.

What we collect

We keep this deliberately minimal. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Your email address — when you enter it in our tool or submit one of our forms.

• Your offer details — the text you type into the tool or a form (for example, what you do or sell, who it's for, and what isn't landing). You choose what to share.

• Basic usage information — standard technical data such as device type, browser, and general location, collected automatically when you visit the site, so we can keep it working and understand how it's used.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you don't include any in the text you submit.

How we use your information

We use what you share to:

• Show you your positioning diagnosis and sharpened position.

• Send you the email lessons and updates you signed up for.

• Improve the tool and the guidance it provides.

• Respond to you if you reply or reach out.

We may use anonymized or aggregated examples of offers to improve our content and the tool. We will not publish your email address.

Email and communications

When you give us your email, we send you a short series of positioning lessons and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing us at hello@edgg.app. We'll stop sending you marketing emails promptly.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Edgg, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include:

• Our website and email platform (Wix) — which stores your contact details and sends our emails.

• Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta) — when you reach us through an ad or a lead form, that platform processes your submission before it reaches us. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

• Our AI provider (Anthropic) — which processes the offer text you submit in order to generate your positioning diagnosis.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies and tracking

Our site and our ads may use cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel) to measure performance and understand how people use Edgg. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Turning some off may affect how the site works.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our service and stay in touch with you, or as required by law. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we're required to keep it.

Your choices and rights

You can, at any time:

• Unsubscribe from our emails.

• Ask what data we hold about you.

• Ask us to correct or delete your data.

To do any of these, email hello@edgg.app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (Europe/UK) or the CCPA (California); we honor those rights and will respond to valid requests.

Children

Edgg is intended for adults running or building a business. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

International visitors

Edgg is used by people in several countries. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it's handled.
